Kensington Park Community Centre Hiring Fees

Consultation has concluded

Following our consultation with the community, a report has been prepared for Council to be considered at the Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday 25 July 2017. You can view the report here.

The Kensington Park Community Centre is due to open and will be a fantastic community asset for the local area. The proposed hiring fees for the new centre are now on public exhibition and open for comment from the community.

The proposed hourly hire rates are based on a valuation of the new centre, Council’s current pricing policy, and a comparison of hire fees for community facilities in surrounding Council areas.

Subsidised rates are proposed for charities and Not for Profit groups.
